white spots, if you mention I'm concerned, a sore throat, which can have detrimental for the heart and kidneys. I suggest you go to the doctor for throat culture to see if they need antibiotics.

Sounds like a sore throat to me. I had when I was in class 5, was terrible. I was out of school for a week, which really was not that bad, but I had white spots, but no blood. go to the doctor and maybe he can give you antibiotics and rest not much!
